Annual Service – Inboard

• Change engine oil and filter, transmission fluid, v-drive fluid, impeller, fuel filters.
• Inspect plug wires, belts, water hoses, fuel lines.
• Clean flame arrestor and sea strainers.
• Inspect heat exchangers for blockages.
• Inspect and replace zinc if needed.
• Inspect and replace if necessary spark plugs, and distributor cap & rotor.
• Load test batteries. Lubricate throttle and shift linkages.
• Clean and tight power and ground connections.
• Tighten hose clamps. Check accessories, gauges, and controls.
• Check engine alignment.
